Back in 2005 in Woodbridge, VA, April Ramirez, the confectionary Chef and creator behind Toffee Creations, has always had an entrepreneurial spirit. After six years in the Air Force, she knew that it was time to move on and pursue her passion - creating the most mouthwatering candy that would leave her customers happy and satisfied. As a mother herself, April understood the importance of providing a sweet treat that was both delicious and catered to different diets. Including Nut-Free, gluten-fee, and vegan. But this soft-crunch toffee isn’t just any toffee, it's a unique recipe that has even non-toffee-lovers raving. And there’s no chocolate required.
April's passion for cooking and love for experimenting with ingredients has led her to create flavors of the dreams for her clients.
Toffee Creations' mission is to revolutionize the way people enjoy toffee by offering a wide variety of original, gourmet toffee products that showcase their creativity and innovation. For April, Toffee Creations isn't just about making delicious candy. It's about using her talents to help people in their time of need. She created the first toffee to ever help Morning Sickness! This toffee is a game-changer for those pregnant women who are looking for some relief.
Toffee Creations was also the first toffee company to create fruit flavored toffees including her biggest seller- Raspberry Love Toffee. She has a “Flavor of the Month” membership where you can get a new toffee flavor every month! And for the wedding couples, she even creates custom gourmet toffee favors for your guests!
